Bag type filtration plant

The bag type installation is the most common of all types of batch filtration equipment. The absence of rotating, rubbing, complex and expensive electrical components and parts make the installation reliable and easy to operate. The unit is made of polypropylene, which eliminates the problem of corrosion. The filter got its name due to the bag, which plays a major role in cleaning the liquid. The main filter element (bag) has its own service life. The removable part is replaced as needed.

Scope of application

Water purification from colloidal suspension;

Treatment of recycled or waste water after reagent treatment (flocculant, coagulant);

Cleaning of process fluids;

Dewatering of process sludge.

Working principle

The treated water flows through the pressure pipe to the filter receiving chamber, from where it enters the non-woven bag through the drain neck. The filtered water is drained into the bottom collector and sent by gravity to the receiving tank or sewage pumping station. As the sludge is filled, the bag is removed and taken out for disposal. To intensify and increase the efficiency of the filtration process, it is recommended to carry out reagent treatment (coagulant, flocculant). The dosage of the reagents can be carried out directly in the supply pipeline.
